Clowning is a serious job that requires a license and several specific certifications. With this sticker, you’ll be able to clown and partake in tomfoolery legally, safely, and ethically! And if you get pulled over by the clown police, you’ll have something to show them! Otherwise, you’ll go to clown jail, which is not as silly and whimsical as the name makes it sound.
