ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

 

We process and ship all in-stock orders within 1-3 business days. In the event that your order has a back ordered item, we will email you with further details.

 

How will my order ship & how long will it take to arrive?

 

All domestic (USA) orders are shipped via USPS first class package which includes tracking. Most USA orders will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on weather and or holiday conditions.

Expedited Shipping

 

If you need your order quickly, we do offer USPS Priority shipping for an additional charge. While it does NOT include a guaranteed delivery date, orders usually arrive within 1-3 business days from ship date. Please add this listing to your cart.

Help! I put in the wrong address.

 

No worries! Just email us as soon as possible with the correct shipping information and we'll

take it from there. If your order has already shipped, we'll need to wait for it to return to us prior to reshipment.

 

International Shipping & Customs

 

At this time, we are not shipping orders internationally due to high costs of shipping. We enourage our customers to reach out to their favorite brick and mortar store to see if they are interested in carrying our line so our product is more affordable to obtain. Thank you for understanding!

 

I have a missing or damaged product in my order, what do I do?

In the event that your order arrives and it contains missing or damaged items, please send us an email with your order number, mailing address, and the missing/damaged item descriptions and we will have replacement(s) or a refund processed for you within 24-48 hours.

Vinyl Stickers - Where can I apply my sticker?

To clean and smooth surfaces! Our stickers are waterproof and weather-resistant, making them excellent additions to your vehicle, water bottle, laptop, phone, tablet, and just about anything you can think of.

Vinyl Stickers - Are they dishwasher safe?

Absolutely, our original Vinyl Stickers are totally dishwasher-safe! Please note that our Holographic, Metallic, Glitter, and Glow in the Dark stickers are NOT dishwasher safe, but are still water-resistant.

Vinyl Stickers - How do I remove my sticker?

Why would you want to do that?! Just kidding. In case you need to remove your sticker, the best way to do so is by hand with good old fashioned elbow grease. Our stickers have a strong adhesive, and if you run into any issues, you may want to pick up a special adhesive remover such as Rapid Remover.

Vinyl Stickers - How long do they last?

Our stickers are super durable and can last for up to 7 years, even in harsh outdoor conditions! They're waterproof and weather-resistant with a special UV-coating to protect against the sun's rays.

Vinyl Stickers - Packaging

Our vinyl stickers are packaged in a protective cellophane sleeve with art backing. Please note that we package all stickers together in an effort to be environmentally conscious. If you are gifting individual stickers and would like extra packaging, go ahead and send us an email with your invoice number.

Greeting Cards - Are they eco-friendly?

 

Our greeting cards are proudly printed on 30% post-consumer content with environmentally friendly soy-based inks.

 

Greeting Cards - Does each card have a sentiment inside?

 

All of our cards are blank inside.

 

Greeting Cards - Can I request a custom message to be printed?

 

We are unable to print custom messages in our cards.

 

GENERAL

What is your return policy?

Thank you for shopping at Turtle's Soup. We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless otherwise specified.

You can expect to see a refund issued to your payment method within 7 business days of receipt of goods.

 

For damaged products, please email us at support@turtlessoup.com and we will send out a replacement, free of charge.

Do you offer exchanges?

Absolutely! If for any reason you're unhappy with your purchase, you can exchange it for another product within 30 business days. It must be in original condition.

Mystery and discontinued designs are excluded from our exchange policy.
